While the rice pudding has been my favor breakfast, the oatmeal is also very good. I enjoy adding banana and fresh berries to it and having a slice of sourdough with butter on the side. Always feel nourished and ready for the day after the Oatmeal Congee.

Postpartum Meals

This is my fourth kiddo and this postpartum experience has been the best . I feel so nourished by these meals and supported physically emotionally and hormonally .
